General Description:
The AP2600 is a series of CMOS positive linear regulators features enable pin function with low dropout voltage, making them ideal for battery powered applications.
The AP2600 has both thermal shutdown and current limiting to prevent device failure under extreme operating conditions.
The AP2600 features a typical 0.75Ω P-Channel MOSFET pass transistor. It providesseveral advantages over similar designs using PNP pass transistors, including longer battery life.
